What is therapy?

Simply, two people sitting together in conversation.

The conversation is different from those of every day as there is one focus from start to finish and that is you and your struggles - be they with work, relationships, sleep, any number of things including life in general.

The conversation has two minds working together to develop awareness and understanding of what is going on - too many deadlines and not enough time? Dreams seeming impossible? Exhaustion, stress, anxiety?

 

The conversation builds - what needs to change, what can.  So you can live the life you want.
